Problem Note 69851: Some Chinese characters are displayed incorrectly when using bulk load to Greenplum in a Chinese SAS® Session

When using a SAS Session with Chinese encoding, some Chinese characters might be displayed incorrectly when bulk loading data. The Chinese characters either appear to be cut off or appear as unreadable code.
This issue might also occur with other national language characters and SAS encodings.

Note: In SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8), or after applying the hot fix to SAS® 9.4M7 (TS1M7), the BL_ENCODING option has no affect on BULKLOAD processing.
